Regarded as the most stable base variant of Super Saiyan, it is the product of high-level training and requires at least a decent refinement of one's ki manipulation and ki-flow abilities to achieve. It is noted as one of the few base-type variations where combining it with the Kaio-ken is not an instant death sentence. In addition, it is useful in that the user is able to freely modulate their power while the form is active, as opposed to less refined variations where the user is trapped at a multiplier of their maximum base power. Achieving the Perfect Gold form is the mark of a truly accomplished warrior.
